Back in 1984 I got into high voltage (13800 volts) of electricity and fell about 20 feet.  I was under a doctors care for over 5 years at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.  I had a broken neck and brain damage from the High Voltage.  I’ve doctored my back problems and headaches for the past 20 years.

In 2002 I went to see a Neurologist in Phoenix.  He did an MRI and several x-rays on my neck.
